Our past and continued success over the last 65 years means we are looking to grow the team with another experienced Commercial Site Foreman. We have various commercial construction projects currently on the go across NSW, valued from $0.5m to $20m and ranging from boutique luxury high-rise projects to large community aquatic centres.
The suitable candidate will be a site-based manager for a large commercial aquatic centre type project. The role will be supported by an experienced management team. The role comes with a phone and a fully maintained company vehicle.
The Job:
* Supervision and managing of Crystal Pools on-site work teams.
* Subcontractor supervision. This includes being able to plan and coordinate various on-site trades effectively.
* Managing and leading day to day construction activities to meet construction programs.
* Ability to interpret and implement drawings and building plans.
* Induction of trades/sub-contractors to sites.
* Conduct Toolbox talks.
* Coordinate and plan day to day activities with the head contractor.
* Liase with Crystal Pools contractors and head contractors' trades.
* Materials handling.
* Hands-on work as required.
* WHS & quality assurance management.
Your Background:
* The successful candidate must have a minimum 4 years commercial construction experience.
* Must have strong background in structural and FRP building methods
* Trade qualifications and a proven work history for a respected company will be well regarded.
* Valid White Card.

* Be organised and structured to ensure the project program and delivery is always top of mind.
