We are partnering with a leading, values-driven organisation to find an experienced and dynamic Finance Shared Services Manager. This is a high-visibility leadership role where you will take ownership of the Accounts Payable and Receivable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts, while driving team development, continuous improvement, and exceptional stakeholder service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and mentor a team of finance professionals
* Oversee AP/AR processing and financial reporting
* Drive process improvement and ensure compliant
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery
* Manage finance systems
* Support the Head of Finance with project initiatives
What We're Looking For:
* Qualification in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance is preferred
* Proven leadership and people management experience
* Strong finance process knowledge, analytical, planning and organisational skills
