This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Sales Representative, playing a key role in the growth and success of our organisation.
* The successful candidate will need to have sales experience specifically within the education sector, with a proven track record of delivering results.
* We are looking for someone who can contribute to the ongoing viability of the business through focused marketing and business development activities.
* You will be responsible for marketing courses to education/migration agents who then sell them, developing and maintaining strong commercial relationships with these agents.
* The ideal candidate will acquire and update knowledge of partner's education/migration agents about the school, academic programs, and student conditions.
* You will also compile and constantly update a list of prospective education/migration agents/agencies.
* We require someone who can use tact to recruit only genuine students who will not affect the school's ratings with the Department of Home Affairs.
* You will track sales made via established channels and report to management compliance with established targets.
* The role involves marketing and sales of both ELICOS and VET CRICOS programs to stakeholders across regions and markets.
* Ensuring all referral partners maintain records as per policy and student/client confidentiality is maintained.
* You will follow up with partners to ensure satisfaction with administrative and academic services, resolving any problems associated with the administrative part of the business or student's problems.
* Quoting and negotiating prices and commission terms, and completing contracts and recording sales.
* You will uphold the Mission & Objectives of NCVE through daily actions, attitudes, and behaviours.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone with formal qualification in Marketing/Business or related discipline.
* A minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in the Industry of Education with International students other than selling courses to individual students.
* Previous experience working in an International School in a sales role is essential.
* Must be able to speak Spanish, English (fluent essential) and Portuguese (desirable).
* Sales, marketing, and customer service experience to deliver excellent customer service to partners and students.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Aptitude at establishing strong rapport with people from all cultures and demonstrated experience in relationship management.
* Ability to work autonomously, whilst also working as part of a dynamic and driven team.
* Willingness to travel internationally. Periodic trips to the Americas will be required.
* Knowledge of their culture is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal, written), with the ability to influence in all languages is essential.
