Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor for a permanent 8:6 FIFO roster in the Pilbara. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead site crews across civil and tailings operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. This is a hands on leadership role suited to a driven professional who thrives in a fast paced mining environment.
To Be Successful You Will Have
* Proven experience as a Senior Supervisor in mining, civil, or tailings operations
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate site teams
* Solid understanding of safety, environmental, and quality compliance in mining operations
* FIFO experience on an 8:6 roster, preferably in the Pilbara region
* Hands on, solutions focused and able to drive operational efficeincy
* Excellent communication and reporting skills with a collaborative approach
