We are seeking Mental Health Research Fellows to join our dynamic team in the Project Air Strategy.
About the Project
The Project Air Strategy works closely with NSW Health and other government and non-government partners to research new models of care for personality disorder.
The project aims to improve access and service pathways for people with personality disorder in mainstream mental health and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct applied mental health research, training, and practice to better manage mental health and personality disorders.
* Develop and implement skills and strategies to support mental health clinicians in treating personality disorder.
* Collaborate with consumers, carers, family members, and employers to provide support and education about personality disorder.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in mental health research and practice.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a team member in a demanding research environment.
