Key
Responsibilities:
* Draft, review, and
negotiate contractual details, including specifications, pricing, and
delivery schedules.
* Prepare and issue
contract change proposals and amendments.
* Participate in
preconstruction activities, providing insights and expertise during the
planning stages.
* Respond to customer
requests for proposals and prepare RFTs for potential subcontractors.
* Monitor compliance with
contract requirements and ensure all conditions are satisfied.
* Manage subcontractors
to ensure project targets and key milestones are achieved.
* Estimate variations and
prepare relevant documentation for approval.
* Maintain accurate
records of all contract correspondence and versions using Procore
software.
* Conduct meetings with
contractors regarding contractual issues, as requested by the Project
Manager.
* Prepare reports and
presentations for management and clients detailing project status,
expenditures, and progress.
* Review trade compliance
agreements and assist in planning equipment and resource requirements for
projects.
* Evaluate and report any
changes to project schedules, updating timelines accordingly.
* Collaborate closely
with the construction team to achieve KPIs and promote a positive team
culture.
* Conduct WHS risk
assessments and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety
procedures.

Your Profile
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in
Business, Construction Management, or related field.
* Minimum of 4 years experience
as a Contracts Administrator in the Australian fitout/refurb/new
build construction sector.
* Strong understanding of
contract law and excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in contract
management software (Procore experience preferred)
