We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Roofing Scheduler & Coordinator to join our Hervey Bay team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, hands‐on environment and enjoys working closely with both customers and contractors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Submit roofing plans to our estimating team.
* Prepare and finalise quotes for domestic supply and fit roofing projects.
* Communicate with customers and process roofing orders.
* Liaise with Site Supervisors and subcontractors to support on‐site project delivery.
* Ensuring schedules for roofing works are met.
* Achieving the timelines required by our customers.
* Uphold and contribute to a safe working environment.
* Opportunity to grow into a supervisor or on‐site project role.
ABOUT YOU
* Knowledge of the building and/or roofing industry.
* Highly organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and customer relationships simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Calm under pressure and solutions focused.
* A team player with a strong work ethic.
* Hold or be willing to obtain a White card.
