**As the Assistant Store Manager you will**:
- Contribute your energy and enthusiasm to a positive team environment
- Provide an environment where it's not just selling an item, its creating an outfit and establishing trust
- Create inspirational visual merchandising standards within the store
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI's
- Assist the Store Manager with the training, development and succession of a high performing sales team
- Ability to inspire a strong team culture
**Position Requirements**:
- Retail management of at least 12 months, within the fashion sector
- Team development and management for team size of 4+
- Self-motivated, driven to find the best in every day & situation
- Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
- Have strong communications and relationship building skills
- Possess strong visual merchandising skills
