Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.# About the role# Your main tasks and responsibilities: * Driving sales of Sulzer Submersible Pumps, Mixers & Grinders to new and existing business partners.* Planning, supporting and following-up of sales activities in-line with the sales strategy and defined processes.* Developing and maintaining a product training for existing and new Flow Business partners.* Monitor the performance for key business partners and take remedial action where necessary to ensure that targets are met.* Liaise and work closely together with the Sales Manager - Pacific and the Service teams with customers.* Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers.* Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.* Ensure orders and projects are launched in a timely and professional manner.* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers in order to reduce commercial risk and to maximize future business opportunities.* Maintain and monitor up to date knowledge of competitor products and activities.* Identify new markets and business opportunities, maximizing the potential of Sulzer's complete product offering in the targeted sub-segments. # # To succeed in this role, you will need: * 5+ years experience in Pump product sales* A detailed knowledge and experience in the selection and selling of Submersible Pumps, Mixers & Grinders.* Relevant tertiary/trade and/or pump sales experience highly regarded.* Strong communication skills.* High level negotiation skills.# What we offer you* Annual Salary Reviews* Annual Bonus* Car Allowance + Fuel Card and Toll Pass* On-site parking* Work for a global organisation that truly values personal growth and development* Sulzer - Over 190 years of excellenceSulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
