Job Description:
As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers in our Quilpie branch. Your primary role will be to put customers at the centre of everything you do, working collaboratively with them to understand their evolving needs and challenges.

Key responsibilities include supporting customers with account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions, ensuring customer details are accurate and up-to-date, and demonstrating our Smarter Banking options to help make their banking simple, easy and secure.

Additionally, you will undertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career progression and work collaboratively as part of a team to create our signature customer experience.
