What You'll Do
* Conduct assessments: FCA, Home Safety, Equipment & Home Modifications
* Manage a varied caseload with assessment, intervention planning, program development and equipment prescription
* Ensure services are evidence-based, client-focused and delivered to high standards

About You
* Gold Coast / Brisbane based OT
* AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
* Experience with aged care, disability, complex needs & NDIS
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* NDIS Worker Screening Card
* Police Clearance
