The Package:
* OTE $170k upwards (on target earnings)
* Up to $90k base + 12% Superannuation + Commensurate benefits

Key Responsibilities:
* Negotiate relationships with existing contracted customers.
* Prepare and submit tenders for new business opportunities.
* Stay updated on market conditions to identify chances for promoting Schindler services.
Requirements for Success:
* Prior experience in sales or account management roles.
* A track record of delivering outstanding performance with a strong sales pipeline.
* Experience selling services to property management companies, strata corporations, and building owners.
* Excellent leadership and client relationship-building skills.
