* Salary range: $110,110 - $114,984 + Superannuation.
* Full-time, Government funded position until 31 December 2026 with possible extension.
Key Responsibilities
* Coach and empower practitioners to deliver exceptional client outcomes within a culture of growth, performance, and development.
* Oversee and guide the creation and completion of assessments and case plans at critical stages of a family's journey.
* Lead and facilitate regular case consultations, providing clear direction on risk, safety, and evidence-based practice interventions.
* Foster learning and growth through individual and group development opportunities, including PASE supervision, group supervision, and field-based support.

About You
* Degree in social work, allied health, or human services.
* Professional registration (where required).
* Five+ years' experience supporting children and families, ideally within a trauma-informed framework.
* Proven leadership and staff supervision experience.
* Strong clinical understanding of trauma and its impact on families.
* Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively with diverse families, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
