Education Leader Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Education Leader to join our team as the Head of School. This is a unique opportunity to shape the educational direction and strategy of our institution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the establishment of a new school, including its teaching and learning programs, compliance requirements, and staffing.

About the Role
* Action the approved Development Plan and Independent School model
* Policy and procedure implementation; provide recommendations for change to Principal and/or Executive for quality and compliance approval
* Draft production of Annual Independent School Report
* Staff management including recruitment (as per approved Development Plan), annual performance reviews and disciplinary action, as needed
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of educational principles and practices.
Your Skills and Qualifications
* Postgraduate qualification in Education or related field
* Proven experience in educational leadership roles
* Strong understanding of curriculum design and implementation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work collaboratively with stakeholders
