What you'll be doing
* Assisting brokers with the placement and management of insurance policies for clients
* Providing administrative support, including preparing documentation, arranging meetings, and following up on client queries
* Conducting market research and analysis to help brokers identify suitable insurance products for clients
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
* Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
* Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures
What we're looking for
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
* Proficient in the use of insurance software and Microsoft Office applications
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the insurance industry
* A keen interest in the insurance industry and a commitment to providing high-quality service
* A tier 1 qualification in insurance broking.
