Lifestyle Assistant Position
We are seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to join our team and provide high-quality leisure and recreational activities for residents. As a key member of our care community, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and monitoring group and individual lifestyle services activities.
About the Role
* Assist with the development of engaging lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of residents.
* Coordinate individualized leisure activities, therapies, and documentation in accordance with Aged Care Standards.
About You
* You must have minimum Cert 3 in Individual Support or equivalent qualifications.
* Prior experience in Aged Care is highly desirable.
