About the role
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team, managing a residential and commercial portfolio across Boonah, Ipswich, Lowood and surrounding areas.
If you are detail-oriented, highly organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding service to both property owners and tenants, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service through the efficient management of entries, exits, routine inspections, and maintenance coordination
* Day-to-day operations of the property management
* Lease renewals
* Process, review and provide final approval of tenancy applications to landlords
* Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, and trades
* Take full ownership of your portfolio, ensuring smooth, compliant day-to-day operations
* Work from our Boonah office backed by a knowledgeable leadership team, streamlined processes and efficient software (Console)
* Immediate start available
About you
* Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
* Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (QLD) or QLD Full Licence
* Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a commitment to high-quality service
* Experience with Console Cloud is highly regarded
