Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Allied Health Clinician (Grade 3) for a full-time ongoing position. The position works Monday – Friday business hours, and will be based at Dandenong Hospital ART Building in Cleeland Street Dandenong. The successful applicant will be required to travel within the 3 directorates Dandenong, Casey and Clayton. You will also be required to work in any clinical area at any or all campuses of Monash Health as and when required. Such a requirement may be a temporary arrangement, on an ad hoc basis, or a permanent change.
As a member of the SECU Diversion Team, the Senior Allied Health Clinician provides comprehensive mental health assessments, develops treatment and relapse prevention plans and works collaboratively with consumers to develop recovery plans. You will also be responsible for developing a community based group program and linking with local councils in support of providing a variation of groups to our patients.
About You:
1. Minimum of three years experience (in one of the nominated areas – social work, speech pathology or occupational therapy)
2. Able to work independently to provide services to children, families and other stakeholders
3. Ability to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
4. Attitude of lifelong learning
5. Values align with iCARE values (integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, excellence)

6. Relevant qualification (in one of the nominated areas - speech pathology, occupational therapy, social work)
7. AHPRA Registration (if required)
8. Eligible for membership with professional body (see PD for your specific requirements)
9. Current Drivers Licence
