We are seeking an experienced person to coordinate monitoring, reporting, and delivery across a dynamic portfolio of environmental programs. This role plays a critical coordination and quality assurance function, ensuring projects are well-planned, accurately reported, and delivered on time, while supporting Project Officers working across multiple landscapes throughout the Northern Territory.
About the Role
Based in our Darwin office, you will coordinate project delivery including overseeing reporting and data management, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet funding and organisational requirements. Working closely with Project Officers and the Ecological Programs Manager, you'll identify risks early, drive continuous improvement, and help ensure on-ground work exceeds project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate project and outcome reporting across multiple projects
* Ensure quarterly, annual, and outcome reports and data are accurate, high-quality, consistent, and delivered on time
* Maintain permits and subcontractor register, and compliance requirements
* Maintain systems, workflows, and reporting processes
* Support communication of project outcomes and achievements
* Coordinate environmental data management
About You
You bring strong project management and reporting experience, ideally in environmental or natural resource management. You're highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across teams and projects. You can demonstrate excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, plain-English content and strong proofreading capability. You communicate clearly, enjoy supporting others, and take a proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
