Are you a reliable, hands-on support worker who thrives in overnight care environments? The Co-Group are seeking two dedicated Male Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive and collaborative team. About the Role This position involves primarily overnight and sleepover shifts, supporting a client in their home. You will play a key role in ensuring the client’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night, while contributing to a clean and well-managed household environment. What you’ll do ✔️ Complete all tasks relevant to support work, including meal preparation, domestic assistance, and client transport ✔️ Empower participants to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible ✔️ Provide direct support in a 1:1 capacity in accordance with the individual’s care plan and PBSP ✔️ Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, including shift notes, progress notes, behaviour charts, and incident reports ✔️ Follow company policies and procedures Requirements Valid Driver’s Licence Access to a comprehensively insured car with 5 seats NDIS Module – Quality, Safety & You NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment Blue Card (WWCC) for paid employment Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using approved techniques Why join us?
