Stamford Park Homestead is expanding its kitchen brigade and is now hiring experienced Chefs and a dedicated Pizza Maker to join a high-performance kitchen in one of Melbourne's busiest hospitality venues.
We run a serious kitchen — clean systems, strong leadership, and high standards. This is not a training venue. It is a professional brigade built for consistency and volume.

CHEF ROLES (Grill / Pans / Service)
We are seeking career chefs who:
* Are fast, organised and calm under pressure
* Are strong on pans, grill and service execution
* Have real commercial kitchen experience, not just casual café shifts
* Have a minimum of 2+ years commercial kitchen experience
* Can maintain quality during high-volume service
* Take ownership of their section

PIZZA MAKER (Full Section Ownership)
This is a stand-alone pizza section.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years pizza making experience.
You will be responsible for:
* Dough production and fermentation
* Sauce and topping preparation
* Cooking and plating during service
* Quality control and consistency
You will work directly with the Head Chef and must be capable of running the section independently.
