What you will do as a Showroom Consultant
Using your passion for interiors, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our customers' dreams to life. Whether it's helping them select the right furniture piece, assisting with selecting materials you will collaborate closely to create their ideal space.
- Build genuine connections with customers to understand their style and recommend curated solutions
- Provide expert advice on furniture, textures, and design pairings to help customers transform their spaces
- Engage with clients in-store, ensuring every interaction feels personal and professional
- Confidently provide quotes to our customers to convert opportunities into successful sales
- Work closely with your team to meet and exceed team KPI's
- Use our in-house systems to accurately process sales and manage customer details
Eligibility & Requirements
- Must be available on weekends
- A background in retail, interior design/styling and customer-facing roles
- Over 2 years in retail sales experience, furniture or related sales focused role is preferred.
- A natural flair for design, detail, and trends in interiors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’re someone who listens, connects, and responds with warmth and confidence
- Drive and motivation to achieve goals in a supportive team environment
