As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring that clinical practice and the delivery of care promotes patient wellbeing and utilises a person centred care model.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess well-developed clinical, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. You should also have time management and organisational skills, and competent computer skills with knowledge of patient management systems. Additionally, you must be registered with AHPRA and have recent clinical experience.
