Based in our Clayton office, you will lead a team of sales-oriented specialists to increase customer conversion, achieve acquisition targets, and facilitate the transition of existing customers through funding streams. You will identify process improvement opportunities and advise on scripts and processes to ensure a consistent experience and drive conversion.
Accountabilities include:
1. Streamlining processes and procedures for seamless customer onboarding and optimal health outcomes.
2. Supporting growth targets and enhancing customer experience.
3. Providing leadership and guidance to the Health Concierge Team (~15 direct reports).
4. Leading the team to deliver strong lead pipelines and contribute to revenue targets.
5. Supporting team development through performance management, feedback, conflict resolution, and career planning.
6. Monitoring team performance, understanding skills and development needs.
7. Managing workloads to meet priorities.
8. Implementing initiatives to improve nurturing and conversion processes, increasing new customer conversion and supporting existing customers’ transition through funding programs.
9. Identifying trends and providing feedback for decision-making related to customer markets and workforce planning.
About You:
You will be proactive, self-motivated, and capable of succeeding in an evolving environment. A deep understanding of the aged care sector and sales culture, along with strong communication and collaboration skills, is essential. You should demonstrate:
* Experience managing teams and achieving targets.
* Sales and retention coaching experience in a contact center environment.
* Experience with Genesys and Salesforce.
* Leadership of inbound and outbound teams.
* Certificate IV or Diploma in community or aged care or administration (or equivalent experience) is desirable.
* Knowledge of funding instruments and regulations related to in-home/community care services is desirable.
