Key Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with Defence clients and decision-makers to drive business growth.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities in Defence and adjacent sectors.
* Manage end-to-end delivery of permanent recruitment assignments across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate roles.
* Collaborate with national consultants to deliver on group accounts and large-scale projects.
What You Will Achieve
As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering high-value recruitment solutions to our clients. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
