About the Role
As part of our ongoing growth, we're seeking a talented Immigration Lawyer or Registered Migration Agent (RMA) to join our team. This role sits at the heart of our client service offering and provides an excellent pathway for an experienced or establishing practitioner looking to step into a more senior, high-impact position over time.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a client-first mindset, and the drive to take ownership of their own matters with confidence. For the right applicant, this role may evolve to include team supervision or strategic contributions to business development.
What You'll Be Doing
Conducting detailed consultations and advising clients on visa pathways and eligibility
Preparing and lodging visa applications across a range of visa types and review matters
Managing your caseload independently with a focus on quality, care, and compliance
Supporting paralegals and administrative staff where required
Contributing to firm development through internal process improvement and client referrals
What We're Looking For
Registered Migration Agent (RMA) or a Legal Practicing Certificate (LPC)
A working knowledge of Australia's migration law and visa framework
A detail oriented, client-first approach focused on delivering high-quality advice, applications and results
A strategic and problem-solving mindset
A willingness to take ownership of work and manage multiple matters and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work autonomously and drive results
A demonstratable interest in contributing to firm growth
High ethical and professional standards
Experience in migration casework highly desirable but not essential
