About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative/End-User Account Manager to grow our market presence and convert customers within our Electrical division, covering the south-west Brisbane territory.
This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building strong relationships, working on-site with customers, and delivering real value-driven solutions.
You will work closely with distribution partners and internal stakeholders to drive sales performance, increase market share, and represent our brand with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively acquire new customers and convert existing users from competitor brands.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
* Work alongside field sales and specialist teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
* Identify sales opportunities and execute strategies to drive market share growth.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
* Plan and manage your territory effectively to maximise productivity.
* Participate in trade events, customer demonstrations, and industry functions.
* Provide regular updates on performance, activity, and opportunities to management.
About You
* Proven sales experience, ideally in trade, electrical, or industrial products.
* A trade background or technical understanding (preferred but not essential).
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Confidence engaging with customers on-site and in a consultative selling environment.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Experience using CRM systems.
* A proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset.
* A passion for learning and continuous development.
* Flexibility to travel overnight when required.
* Full driver's license with excellent driving record.
