About the role:
We're excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Media Sales Executive to join our high performing team and help drive i98FM's continued success. You'll step into a role that includes managing an existing portfolio while continuing to grow new business opportunities in the Illawarra market.
As a Sales Executive, you will be proactive in uncovering new business while maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients. Working closely with the Sales Manager and a collaborative team of sales professionals, you'll maximize revenue through the sale of advertising airtime on i98FM. This is an exciting opportunity to own a prosperous patch and sell one of the most market leading products in the region, with room for career growth, a competitive salary, and a motor vehicle allowance.
About you:
To be the successful candidate, you will have:
* Previous experience as a Media Sales Representative or Account Manager.
* Media industry experience is preferred.
* A proven track record of building strong relationships with a diverse customer base.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* A demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets.
* Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Team oriented, with the ability to contribute positively to team dynamics.
* Initiative and flexibility, along with a positive work ethic.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* An unrestricted driver's license and a suitable vehicle for the role.
