About the Role
* Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with owners and committees as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters.
* Deliver high-quality customer service in any situation.
* Lead and facilitate Annual General Meetings and other committee or General meetings.
* Prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes with the support of specialised departments.
* Apply understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in enforcing by-laws.
* Oversee insurance policy placement and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks.
About You
* You are a problem solver who thrives on delivering solutions.
* You have experience as a Strata Manager or similar role.
* You can interpret strata legislation and communicate it clearly.
* You build relationships and seek win/win solutions.
* You get things done, take action, and deliver on commitments and deadlines.
* You understand Microsoft Office programs and financial reports.
