Our client is a property management and accounting software offering Virtual Assistant services to their clients.
**The Role**
A rare opportunity has presented for someone to join their growing business and would suit an IT savvy, Accounting professional to take on the role of Client Relationship Manager. Responsible for developing ongoing growth plans for the business, you will manage relationships with existing clients offering the VA service as an outsourced product.
**Duties will include**:
- Broaden and grow their reach in the market by building, developing and establishing relationships with Property Management service providers.
- Develop growth strategies and marketing plans.
- Present products and services to prospective and current clients.
- Develop and nurture referral leads through through internal sales.
- Meet client expectations and proposal deadlines.
- Knowledge and experience with Bookkeeping or Accounting highly desirable.
- Previous experience in software training desirable.
- Experience as Property Manager or Trust Accountant in Commercial Real Estate desirable although not required.
- A helpful and approachable attitude, always delivering the best customer service to clients.
- Self-motivated to work autonomously.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- A great personality and ability to build long standing relationships.
- Negotiate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
