Montessori Early Learning Centre is seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Worker / Lead Educator to join our team in Dampier, Western Australia. This role is responsible for supporting children's development through engaging educational programs and ensuring a safe, nurturing learning environment in line with Montessori principles and the National Quality Framework.

Responsibilities
* Plan and implement age-appropriate educational programs.
* Support children's emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
* Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
* Observe and document children's learning and development.
* Build positive relationships with families and colleagues.
* Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
* Support daily centre operations and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (Certificate III, Diploma, or equivalent).
* Experience working in an early childhood education setting.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
* Understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS).
* Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
* First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).
Desirable
* Experience in Montessori education.
* Experience as a Room Leader or Lead Educator.
