Currently seeking for multiple talented (3) Training Facilitation Officer and (2) Training Coordinators to join their busy team for a casual 12 months temporary assignment.About the RoleAs a Training Officer, you will support the implementation of training packages, contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and evaluation, and play a key role in promoting respectful culturally secure learning trauma-informed environments across the organisation.
In addition, your key duties are as follow:Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning events that are culturally safe and aligned with adult learning principles.Deliver a range of learning experiences including face-to-face, virtual, and blended formats.Support the implementation of training packages developed by the design team, ensuring fidelity to content and cultural safety standards.Collaborate with First Nations stakeholders to co-facilitate training that reflects lived experience and community perspectives.Gather and analyse participant feedback to inform improvements in training delivery.Promote psychological safety and wellbeing through respectful and trauma-aware facilitation practices.Provide support and coaching to other facilitators and staff involved in training delivery.Work with HR, L&D;, and operational teams to ensure training aligns with workforce needs and strategic priorities.About YouTo be successful in this role, you must have:Relevant qualifications in education, training, human resources, or a related field.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) is highly desirable.Experience working in or with First Nations communities is highly regarded.Demonstrated experience in training facilitation and adult learning.Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt facilitation style to suit different contexts.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.BenefitsASAP Start Date pending clearanceCasual 12 months Temporary AssignmentFull-time hours, Monday to FridayMultiple positions available:Training Facilitator: $60.26 per hour + superTraining Coordinator: $55.24 per hour + superMultiple locations available:Sydney or Parramatta NSWGeelong or Melbourne VICBrisbane or Robina QLDAdelaide SADeakin ACTPerth, WAHobart, TASPlease note the successful candidate for the role must hold Australian Citizenship and be willing to complete federal police checkAt Chandler Macleod, we are committed to fostering a diverse workforce where everyone is welcome.
