Glazing Professional
Are you a skilled professional with experience in glazing and AS1288 standards?
We are seeking a qualified Glazier or Carpenter to support our operational glaziers visiting customers to measure and quote on all types of installation and replacement of glass jobs.
The Role
This role will involve driving conversion of opportunities through timely, accurate preparation, and follow-up of quotation services. Key responsibilities include:
* Attending customer home or business sites to obtain measurements and dimensions of area for glass to be replaced or installed.
* Building and maintaining rapport and relationships with customers, advising, and preparing accurate and appropriate quoting to meet AS1288 standards.
* Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure a seamless and easy customer experience.
* Leveraging expert knowledge and high attention to detail to ensure accuracy, of measurements.
* Converting jobs to sales whilst providing skills and knowledge in estimation, of glass installation or replacement.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* A qualification in glazing or a related trade.
* Previous experience working with glass and understanding of AS1288 standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
* Current unrestricted driver's license.
