Role
We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager for a permanent full-time role based at Yatala Head Office. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, with some overtime required from time to time.
Responsibilities
- Supervision, rostering and training of all administration staff (20) across Head Office and depots
- Assisting the CEO with HR related matters
- Providing cover for payroll and accounts receivable staff absences at Head Office
- Work Cover case management
- Booking of travel arrangements
- Co-ordination of external support suppliers as required
About You
You will have:
- Staff and office management experience within Australia
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) knowledge
- A willingness to develop new skills and knowledge
- Experience within the Australian road transport industry would be a plus
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
