**Job Summary**:You are experienced in purchasing, managing contracts and daily procurement activities. You are passionate about finding the best deals and negotiating with suppliers. You are eager to learn and improve your purchasing and procurement experiences. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Obtain quotes for diverse range of commercial cleaning consumables and equipment.
- Processing orders and accurate data entry of orders, goods transfers, supplier invoicing and client invoicing in ERP system.
- Analyse procurement data and provide insights to key stakeholders.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Source new suppliers and evaluate existing supplier contracts and terms.
- Liaising with the Operations team on field and operational requirements
- Oversee the warehouse activities in conjunction with warehouse manager.
- Administration duties include some packing, unpacking, answering phone calls, etc.
- Adhere to all office policies and procedures.
**Skills & Experiences**:
- Must have strong MS Excel skills
- At least 1-2 years' experience in purchasing, contracts, procurement processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills are a must.
- Self-motivated, results driven and likes solving problems.
- Eager to learn new tasks and improve current processes.
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
