The role of the Occupational Therapist is to assess, plan, and implement therapy programs that enhance clients' mobility, functional capacity, and independence.
* Conducting home and facility-based assessments to identify client needs
* Creating personalized treatment plans that address client goals and objectives
* Providing tailored therapeutic interventions to promote client independence and mobility
This full-time remote position requires strong skills in OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSESSMENT AND PLANNING, as well as excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a commitment to patient-centered care and supporting client goals and independence.
