Job Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Motor Mechanics to fill a full-time position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing daily service bookings, preparing required parts in advance, and carrying out mechanical servicing and inspections. They will also document all work performed, identify further mechanical issues, and communicate these through the Workshop Controller for customer approval.
Maintenance of a tidy work bay, hoist and equipment checks, safe use of tools and chemicals, and adherence to company procedures will be essential.
About You
* A Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology is essential.
* Experience in vehicle servicing and mechanical repairs is necessary, preferably within a dealership or similar workshop.
* A current manual driver's licence is required.
* Strong attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, and safe work habits are crucial.
* A customer-focused approach and clear communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
