What We're Looking For:
* Strong cocktail knowledge and fast, clean bar work
* Able to handle busy services with confidence
* Genuine passion for hospitality and looking after guests
* RSA qualification required
* Flexibility to work late nights, including weekends
Your Role:
* Mixing, shaking and stirring cocktails to specification
* Keeping the bar stocked and spotless
* Providing exceptional guest experiences, even during peak hours
* Backing your team and contributing to a positive work environment
