We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Administration person to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating jobs, supporting technicians, and ensuring smooth day-to-day service operations.
About the Role
As a Service Administration person, you will have contact between clients, technicians, and management, helping to schedule, track, and support other service staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Scheduling and coordinating service jobs and technician workloads
* Communicating with clients regarding bookings, updates, and service outcomes
* Preparing quotes, work orders, and invoices
* Processing purchase orders
* Maintaining accurate records of service jobs and documentation
* Supporting technicians with administrative and logistical needs
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
About You
* Previous experience in a service administration, scheduling, or office support role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
* Experience with job management systems (e.g. SimPRO, ServiceM8, MYOB, Xero) is highly regarded
* Australian work rights required
