We are expanding and looking for neurological physiotherapists to join our growing team across our RoboFit clinics in NSW, VIC and QLD in part-time, contract roles or full time roles. About our clients:
We support clients living with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions to improve their daily function, quality of life, independence in walking and transfers. Meaningful change begins with human connection. Through consistent support, our clinical team helps clients achieve the 1% wins that build towards lasting transformation.
About the role:
* deliver high-quality, person-centred therapy to a variety of clients including; those living with spinal cord injury, MS, Parkinson's disease, FND, stroke survivors, chronic pain or other neurological conditions
* apply conventional treatments and learn (we provide the training) how to incorporate various technologies including, but not limited to; single joint robotics, full lower limb robotics, hand robotics and EMS
* collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists and exercise physiologists across our clinics and other health professionals in the community
* support clients across various funding schemes, Privately paying, NDIS, DVA, iCare, NIISQ and MAC. Write reports as required to support clients in accessing these funding schemes
* participate in ongoing clinical education, mentoring and case reviews
* build meaningful connections with clients, family and support networks both within the clinic and into community
* communicate with our clients' broader healthcare teams, to help ensure all aspects of care are aligned and supportive of their goals.
About you:
* AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist
* passion for working with the neurological population
* a collaborative, creative, curious and compassionate approach to care
* strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
* current CPR & First Aid certifications and working with children check
* a driver's license and willingness to travel locally if required
* experience with supporting clients with neurological conditions is ideal
