The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and substantial experience in retail or hospitality management, with strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage daily business operations to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction
* Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships
* Maintain product displays and ensure venues are clean, presentable, and compliant with safety regulations
* Recruit, train, supervise, and roster all staff
* Report to management on monthly and quarterly financial results and team performance
* Analyse sales data and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability
* Plan and organise marketing and promotional campaigns, and report on outcomes
* Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and apply cost-control measures
* Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service standards
Requirements:
