As a Senior Markets Manager in Clients & Markets (C&M), your role is to develop and implement a national marketing, communications and sales enablement strategy for our PwC Private business, based on our key client program, the growth priorities and objectives. As an experienced leader you have the ability to identify opportunities to align across Business Units (BUs), Industries, Geographies and our priority initiatives (Platforms) to ensure go-to-market activity is effective, impactful, streamlined and coordinated for our clients.

Key role requirements to deliver impact:
* Effectively position yourself as a senior member of the Clients & Markets (C&M) team, actively contributing to developing and executing on the go-to-market strategy, communications and sales enablement for PwC Private service offerings
* Team Leader/coach for the Private Markets team
* Ability to build trusted relationships, influence and be seen as a strategic marketing expert who facilitates business growth – have a clear and articulate vision for how marketing can proactively enable and achieve businesses objectives
* Develop a PwC Private national marketing, communications and sales enablement strategy, implementing the relevant tactics to enable and support the business priorities, whilst adhering to the overarching PwC Brand positioning
* Responsible for developing and executing data-driven integrated go-to-market strategies to maximise familiarity, nurture relationships, build pipeline and increase PwC Private’s market share with a focus on priority clients
* Developing and executing activity across multiple marketing channels, e.g: sponsorships, events, digital, social media, thought leadership, podcasts, blogs, video
* Build and manage relationships across the whole C&M community, key stakeholders in the business (Partners/Directors/SMEs), across a global and local network, including effectively managing in a matrixed organisation
* Brief and project manage internal and external teams, agencies and suppliers – research, communications, advertising, copywriting, web, design, social media, events etc.
* Have the ability to respond with agility to market demands by providing integrated, end-to-end go-to-market advice from strategy through to execution
* Critically review, write and edit content and copy for thought leadership, collateral and webcopy ensuring consistency, tone of voice and relevance for the target audience
* Elevate or integrate key onefirm priority campaigns, championing the use of Salesforce to track impact
* Support the Private 50 priority account program - effectively target, nurture and grow relationships and pipeline. Provide advice on account management and pipeline disciplines
More About You
* You are analytical and commercially minded with an ability to connect the dots. You have a background in designing, leading, executing and measuring integrated marketing, communication and sales enablement campaigns/programs across all channels, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
* You have strong project management skills, verbal and written communications, excellent attention to detail and exceptional stakeholder relationship management. You’re collaborative and enjoy working in a fast paced environment with 10+ years’ experience.
* You are resilient and pragmatic, able to overcome disruption, move forward to achieve objectives in a commercial and strategic way.
* You are a problem solver by nature and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders. Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.
* You are passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to help our PwC Private Markets team to deliver meaningful value to clients.
* You have formal qualifications in marketing/communications and experience in leading business development programs.
