We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic part-time or full time orthoptist / optometrist / clinical technician to join our team at a busy 5 Ophthalmology Practice.
Practice Specialties
- Cataract assessment and treatment
- Glaucoma Management
- Medical Retina
- General Ophthalmology
Responsibilities
- OCT
- Humphrey Visual Field Testing (HFA3)
- Biometry (IOL Master 700)
- Clarus Fundus Photography
- Setting up and assisting with minor surgical procedures including intravitreal injections
- Some administration duties including surgical preparation and drafting correspondence
- Answering patient enquiries
Position Requirements
- An Orthoptics qualification or optometry or other
- Effective time management, priority management and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated written, verbal and interpersonal skills
