Senior to Principal Recruitment Consultant
We're seeking a Senior to Principal Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of winning and delivering to a high standard. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‐performing team that continues to grow because of the quality we have in the team.
Skills & Traits We're Looking For
* Proven consistent experience in winning and delivering technical recruitment solutions
* Strong business development and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach
* Confidence in engaging and presenting to senior stakeholders
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* A genuine interest in supporting the Public Sector and driving positive community outcomes
* Ambition to deliver exceptional results
* Not essential but experience across NSW State Gov perm or the Not for Profit / For Purpose sector would be favourable
