We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Our team delivers high-quality Allied Health services, including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy in a community setting.
You will support NDIS participants across all ages by:
* Managing a varied caseload and delivering therapeutic services in line with participant goals
* Assessing emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function
* Developing evidence-based treatment goals and interventions tailored to each individual
* Recommending assistive technology and environmental modifications for increased independence
* Supporting participants in home, school, work, and community settings
* Maintaining compliance with current legislation and best-practice standards
Essential Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* A proactive and innovative mindset, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment
* A passion for helping people in the disability sector
