* Part-time (0.6FTE - set days: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday), fixed-term contract until 18 December 2026
* Starting Salary: $103,583 pro rata per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About you
You are a skilled communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong professional and highly credible relationships with stakeholders, particularly senior level internal academic staff across the university as well as external stakeholders and students. You approach challenges with an outcome focus and take initiative to deliver results through innovative thinking and consultative decision-making, putting student career outcomes at the centre of your work.
About the role
You will work closely with academic staff, students, as well as with industry partners to provide career development and employability services and advice aligned with the University's graduate employment goals. Collaborating with academic staff, you will embed career development learning into program curricula through lectures, tutorials and classroom activities, ideally in a compulsory/assessed format. You will also engage with industry and relevant professional associations holistically to ensure services meet current and future employer needs. Additionally, you will support students through one-on-one career coaching and a broad range of careers and employability workshops, activities and events.

To be successful you will need
* Tertiary qualifications and/or significant equivalent experience in career development learning (preferred), organisational development, learning and development or HR
* Demonstrable experience and a track record in career development learning, career guidance/counselling, job-seeking strategies, and working with people from diverse backgrounds
* Developing career development learning resources and teaching material to enable effective transfer of learning in a highly digitised environment
* Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills for various settings
* Ability to build credible stakeholder relationships, influencing and responding to changing career landscapes that contribute to the student/customer experience
* Strong organisational, administrative, and digital literacy skills
