A day in the life?The purpose of Technical Business Analyst is to bridge the gap between Product requirement and technical solutions to help the Squad achieve desired outcomes.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Digital Technical Business Analyst with specialized expertise in API development and Data Engineering to join our team in Sydney. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and ensuring the seamless alignment of business requirements with technical solutions in the dynamic fields of data integration and API development working closely with Solution Architect and our cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Need
4-5 years of experience in technical business analysis, with a significant track record of successfully leading and contributing to digital engineering initiatives. Experienced working as a Digital Business analyst across – high traffic customer product engineering
In-depth knowledge and experience in web and/or mobile engineering.
Proven experience working in Agile environments, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management engagement. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, including the ability to establish positive working relationships with various stakeholders.

What are we looking for in a HRBP? What’s important?
Tertiary qualifications in HR, industrial relations, business, or equivalent professional experience
Proven ability to build trusted relationships, confidently influence stakeholders, and provide sound, solutions-focused HR advice
Comfortable working at pace in complex, matrixed environments with a high level of ambiguity
Previous HR business partnering experience in medium to large corporate settings; experience with sales client groups or the media industry is a plus
Strong planning and prioritisation skills with a proactive, self-starter mindset and the confidence to push back when needed
