The candidates have strong technical knowledge of baking techniques with at least 2 minimum experience in the field. Mainly can do sourdough, bread, loaves, starter, pastry lamination, cakes, pastries and have blending artistic decorations. Can work early hours to produce fresh bakes. Have attention to detail, and ability to work in high-volume environments. Manage inventory, create recipes, and ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards.
