About the Role
This role is all about enabling the sales function to thrive by acting as the key link between Sales, Customer Service, and our broader operational teams, ensuring customers are supported, systems stay accurate, and our salespeople can stay focused on selling. We're looking for a sharp, solutions‐focused Internal Sales Officer to join our Darra team—someone highly organised, great with people, and detail‐oriented. This is a high‐trust, high‐autonomy role with real commercial impact and plenty of variety, pace, and opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound customer enquiries.
* Follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution.
* Re‐engage dormant customers and support growth of a small portfolio.
* Handle pricing agreements and rebate coordination.
* Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as required.
* Provide documentation to builders and manage supplier portals.
* Support Account Managers by managing internal sales support activities, freeing them up to focus on selling.
Your hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm.
One day per week will be based at Eight Mile Plains office, with the remaining four days at Darra.
About You
* Strong communication, coordination, and time‐management skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Customer service or sales support experience is desirable.
* Confident with computer systems (SAP, Teams, CRM) or quick to learn.
* Proactive, self‐driven, and able to chase information to keep things moving.
* Able to juggle multiple tasks and solve issues as they arise.
* Builds rapport easily and works well with Account Managers and Sales teams.
* Commercially aware and motivated to succeed.
