About the Role
This is a newly created senior role reporting directly to the Founder.
You will be responsible for driving growth at The Muse Edition through strategic marketing leadership and best-in-class management of our eCommerce store.
You will lead the marketing and sales strategy across the business, from customer acquisition and conversion through to retention and repeat purchase, ensuring all activity is thoughtful, data-backed, and built for scale.
You will bring structure, clarity and momentum to launches, promotions and key trading periods, ensuring the business is consistently executing at a high level.
You will manage our in-house creative team and work closely with the Founder on campaign planning, performance insights and growth opportunities. You will identify problems, find solutions, and implement them.

As the brand continues to scale, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to bring strategic focus to growth, elevate our marketing execution, and help build the systems and structure required for the next phase of the business.
Responsibilities
Marketing, Sales & Growth Strategy
* Lead the marketing and sales strategy across the business, from acquisition and conversion through to retention and repeat purchase.
* Work closely with the Founder on campaign planning, performance insights and identifying growth opportunities.
* Bring structure to launches, promotions and key trading moments, ensuring timelines, creative and execution are aligned.
* Own campaign execution end-to-end, ensuring activity is delivered on time and to a high standard.
Paid Media & Customer Acquisition
* Inform strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest.
* Understand performance marketing frameworks and how to translate brand-led creative into high-performing campaigns.
* Work closely with the Founder to optimise spend, creative testing and performance.
* Confidently pivot strategy based on data, insights and results.
Sales & eCommerce Optimisation
* Continually optimise our Shopify store using a strategic, data-backed tech stack designed for scale.
* Improve conversion rate, AOV and customer experience through merchandising, CRO and experimentation.
* Ensure the online store remains refined, premium and commercially effective at all times.
Creative Leadership & Collaboration
* Lead and manage the in-house creative team, providing direction, structure and clarity.
* Ensure creative output aligns with campaign objectives, brand standards and commercial goals.
* Collaborate closely with the Founder and creatives to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
Insights, Reporting & Execution
* Analyse marketing and sales performance to identify issues, opportunities and areas for improvement.
* Turn insights into clear actions and implement solutions quickly.
* Build simple, effective reporting that supports smarter decision-making and accountability.
Skills & Experience
* 5+ years experience in DTC eCommerce marketing within a consumer brand, with proven responsibility for driving online sales growth.
* Strong Shopify experience is essential, including CRO, merchandising and app stack optimisation.
* Experience informing paid media strategy across multiple platforms.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance data with brand sensitivity and taste.
* Proven ability to lead, prioritise and execute in a fast-growing, founder-led business.
* Highly organised, proactive and confident making autonomous decisions.
* Strong experience driving eCommerce growth and online sales is essential.
